“Take a moment to feel grateful. When things get tough, appreciate the small things with wonder and grace-another day, relief from pain, small accomplishments.
All of these give you perspective to keep going even when the journey is difficult.”
-Tara Shore, weSPARK Therapist

“When someone you love hurts you, instead of focusing on blame or anger, believe that this moment will pass.
Life is made up of bitter and sweet moments and we cannot enjoy one without the knowledge of the other. Forgiving is at the heart of healing.”

Congratulate yourself when you accomplish something. Celebrate small triumphs. It feels great to share good energy.
-Tara Shore, weSPARK Therapist

Write a positive affirmation in the half hour just before you go to bed at night! At that time, your affirmation will reach your subconscious mind for the best affect!
Try something like: ”Right now, I know I am safe, I am secure, and all is well” or “Interesting that I could be well, safe, secure anytime, all the time.” Choose the one that feels best for you!
-Cheryl O’Neil, weSPARK Hypnotherapist
“Is something worrying you? Stop ruminating. Listen to music. Dance. Take in a movie or visit with someone you like. Enjoy yourself and then trust that the universe will take care of
you. Remember though, that if you empty your head of worry, you will make room for a new idea or solution.”
-Tara Shore, weSPARK Therapist
“We are always uncovering new things about ourselves.
There are always new opportunities to dive deeper and let more go.”
-Raminderpreet Kaur, weSPARK Yoga Instructor
“Be still. People do lots of things to distract themselves from being. Some of the most creative and impressive ideas come from silence.”
-Tara Shore, weSPARK Therapist
“Breath is the seat of emotion. The next time you find yourself anxious or stressed – pause for a moment. How are you breathing? Take a long, slow breath in and hold the breath for a moment. Exhale slowly and completely, letting the shoulders release away from your ears. Smile.”
-Lauren Maher, weSPARK Yoga Instructor
