Tai Chi

A slow flowing from of exercise often referred to as a moving meditation. A graceful gentle exercise that anyone can learn to do. Tai chi is and exercise that is beneficial for mind and body and will help reduce stress, improve balance and coordination, enhance memory, lower blood pressure and improve circulation. Beginners are welcome.

Yoga - Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga, the "Yoga of Awareness" is one of the most ancient forms of yoga. It combines physical postures, breathing techniques, mantra and meditation to help relax and heal a person‚s mind and body. It stimulates the nervous, immune and glandular systems, improves strength & flexibility, centers the mind & opens the spirit. Kundalini Yoga allows us to tap into a vast reservoir of healing energy within the body.

Guided Imagery

Guided imagery is a relaxation tool that aims at easing stress, and promotes a sense of peace and tranquility during difficult times. The facilitator guides the individual into a safe place or sanctuary and assists their mythic journey while inducing total relaxation. This process allows for the desired result of a mind/body connection that facilitates a sense of wellness.
