Spouse and Partner Grief Support Workshop
Mondays at 6:30pm (8 week series) Starting April 14th
This co-ed support group for spouses and life partners provides a safe place for people who have lost their loved one to cancer. In the company of others who are going through similar loss, we can find understanding and hope which eases the pain of losing a loved one. Please join us for this unique and healing 8 week workshop.

weSPARK invites lung cancer patients, family members, and friends to Together, Facing Lung Cancer, an opportunity for individuals to hear from members of their healthcare team about dealing with the emotional challenges of lung cancer and making decisions about care and treatment. Attendees will hear information about:
• The family and cancer - working together
• How patients’ unique characteristics can become coping tools
• How patients can identify and communicate with their support network to cope and make decisions

According to the American Medical Association over 85% of all visits to primary care physicians are related to stress!!! We hold stress in our body and then our body ab-reacts creating illness and dis-ease. In this Guided Imagery workshop you will learn how to effectively handle stress with helpful imagery tools leaving with a stronger sense of well-being and internal balance between body-mind-and -spirit.
