Totem Animal Medicine Shield: Art Workshop
Friday, March 2 at 12:30pm
An Animal Totem is an important symbolic animal used by a person to get in touch with specific qualities found within an animal which the person needs, connects with, or feels a deep affinity toward. You will be led through a guided visualization to envision your own personal totem animal. Working with the strengths, qualities, insights and “medicine” of your particular totem, you’ll decorate your shield with images symbolizing those qualities. Please feel free to bring any sacred objects from home to decorate the shield.
