We’re back to where it all began! Join weSPARK Cancer Support Center for our 9^th annual Run/Walk at Lake Balboa on Sunday, January 27^th! Grab your friends and family and get moving for a good cause. Whether you’re an avid runner or a self-proclaimed couch potato – there is something for everyone!

5K and 10K races offer their own chip-times courses around the beautiful Lake Balboa. Each course is fast and flat and are great for experienced runners or casual walkers – dogs and strollers are welcome on each course! Bring your kids along for the Kids Fun Run – a short run for children ages 3-11 in the Woodley Park area. Each runner will receive a t-shirt, a finisher medal and a pancake breakfast to celebrate your hard work.

Please note, the above address will not take you directly to the parking lot. The event will be taking place at the parking lot/park labeled “Woodley Park Section 1” which is just past the above GPS address [see map below/attached].

DIRECTIONS:

FROM VICTORY BLVD:

If you turn onto Woodley Avenue from Victory Blvd, the parking lot will be on your left, after the Air National Guard Center.

FROM BURBANK BLVD:

If you turn onto Woodley Avenue from Burbank Blvd, the parking lot will be down Woodley Avenue on your right.

Do not follow your GPS if it instructs you to turn up a service road (this is not the correct location). Please follow signs for the Run/Walk for weSPARK  to direct you to the correct area.

PARKING:

Parking is available on site at the following locations.

Woodley Park Section 1 Lot:

This is where the Run/Walk will begin and end. To locate the lot, please follow the directions listed above. If there is no more space in this lot, you will park in the overflow lot.

 Overflow Lot:

Turn down the road leading to the Woodley Lakes Golf Course to access the overflow parking lot. From Victory Blvd, the road will be your first right turn after the Busway. From Burbank Blvd, the road will be on your left just past the Woodley Park Section 1 Lot.
