Hailey Underwood is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree from the University of Southern California. She brings nine years of experience across pediatric, adult, and geriatric oncology in the hospital and subacute settings. Hailey has provided clinical counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination at institutions including City of Hope Cancer Center and Skirball Hospice. She is devoted to walking alongside patients and caregivers with compassion as they move through treatment, survivorship, and bereavement.

At WeSPARK, Hailey conducts Welcome Meetings for new guests and serves as a substitute group therapist, helping clients feel connected, supported, and empowered as they begin their journey with our community.
