Leela Woods joined the organization in 2014, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in nonprofit financial and operations management. In her role as Controller, she utilizes her expertise to oversee the organizations financial and operational activities with precision. 

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Leela is deeply committed to social and humanitarian causes. In her spare time, she actively volunteers at various Los Angeles area nonprofits, utilizing her Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor experience to help them optimize their bookkeeping software usage and financial management practices. 

As a longtime resident of the San Fernando Valley and former Board Member of the Lake Balboa Neighborhood Council, Leela possesses an understanding of the community’s needs and dynamics, further enhancing her ability to serve WeSPARK and its mission.
