Chair Pilates is a gentle, low-impact workout done using a chair for support. It focuses on improving strength, flexibility, posture, and balance through controlled movements and mindful breathing, making it accessible to all fitness levels.
This is a modified form of Pilates that combines gentle movement with breathwork, simple self–lymphatic drainage techniques, and low-impact exercises to improve flexibility and strengthen the core.
The movements follow a specific sequence designed to help support healthy lymphatic flow.
