An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until May 13, 2021

This 8-week class is for individuals who have not yet taken Diane’s class before.

Participants will learn how to practice mindfulness and self-care while doing everyday things, i.e., listening to music, exercising, walking, and resting periods. Each consecutive week introduces new techniques and tools.
