Are you ready for yoga, a movement practice that connects the body, breath, and mind, on Tuesday afternoon? Join Milva for stretching and breathing techniques to decrease stress and anxiety while creating a sense of calmness. Participants of all fitness levels are welcome.
Additionally, Milva is a Spanish speaker, so Spanish instruction will also be available.
