This hour covers the basics of estate planning. You’ll learn the basics of estate planning, including wills, probate, and ways to avoid it, trusts, and tax planning. Also presented are strategies to reduce gift and estate taxes, as well as durable powers of attorney that allow trusted individuals to manage finances and health care decisions if you are unable to do so. There will be an opportunity to ask your questions.

- Somatic Dance – 12:30 PM – In-person only

This session introduces somatic practices to help ease anxiety by reconnecting with the body. Using gentle movement, breathwork, and awareness through yoga, dance, and somatic exercises, participants will release tension, calm the nervous system, and build a sense of grounding.
