This is a fun, non-choreographed experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, let go of stress, and explore your inner thoughts through mindful movement and peaceful reflection. No dance experience is required—just bring your wonderful self! WeSPARK will provide all the journals and pens you’ll need. We can’t wait to see you there!
