Learn how anxiety can affect your thoughts, body, and nervous system, and build a practical toolbox to manage it. Through cognitive therapy, breathwork, grounding techniques, and gentle yoga therapy, you’ll build a toolkit of simple skills you can use in your everyday life. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
