QI Gong & Meditation for Cancer Support
Ed Sullivan leads this class that combines exercises and powerful meditations to help restore and maintain health and wellness. This weekly practice helps reduce fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, and numbness or tingling in your hands and feet. This practice can be done from a standing or seated position. This nurturing group focuses on issues relevant to those with a metastatic, advanced diagnosis of cancer such as how to be a better advocate as well as enhance the quality of one’s life. Other issues discussed are body image, familial concerns, symptom management, pain control, anticipatory grief, and anxiety.
